How Do I Clean My Fanny Bidet?Updated 6 months ago

Cleaning a bidet is as easy as the Jackson 5 singing 1-2-3. We recommend you clean your Fanny bidet just as often as you clean your toilet, which we hope is regularly. Weekly should be just fine unless you have kids running around who need to learn to aim better. The spray nozzle has a self-cleaning feature which keeps it clean by letting water run over the nozzle itself, but it is always a good idea to clean your bidet often.

You should be able to use any typical toilet bowl cleaner that you already have in your toilet cleaning arsenal. Use a damp rag or scrub pad with a mild cleaning solution and wipe down or scrub the bidet. Be sure not to use any scrub pad that is too abrasive or metal so that you don’t scratch up or damage the surface of your Fanny bidet. It is durable and will withstand years of service but it is better to be gentle with it as well.

This is where you may want to use the self-cleaning feature of the nozzle spray to get the nozzle extra clean. If you use the self-cleaning feature after every ride on the toilet, you may never need to clean the nozzle manually. Of course, if you are a clean freak like some of us, you can manually pull down the spray nozzle and scrub it with a small brush.

Now you’re ready to rinse off the bidet and voila, your bidet is as good as new!
